We will weave blooms and sacred items that Nanjing and Erna will bring into a shared offering, and you are warmly invited to bring a small bouquet of your favorite flowers to add to the collective creation.

What to expect:
We will begin by setting up an Earth Altar, weaving flowers, intentions, and offerings into a living prayer of gratitude. As we gather in this sacred space, we root ourselves in the wisdom of the earth, connecting to the cycles of creation, nourishment, and renewal.
From there, we’ll move into a nourishing Chinese Tea Ceremony for Women’s Health, Womb Health, where we will sip 5 cups of healing tea, each one opening a new layer of consciousness.
With each cup, you’ll be guided through a meditation that supports emotional release, heart-opening, and inner harmony. This ritual is a gentle yet powerful invitation to return to yourself, to remember your softness, your strength, and your connection to all women across time and space.
Let’s gather in circle, in reverence and celebration, a space of emotional healing, beauty, and sisterhood. Together, we rise in the rose frequency.
About the facilitator
Nanjing is a sound healer and energy worker with a specialization in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her mission is to be a bridge between traditional Chinese and Western culture, and help souls remember the ancient wisdom that lives inside each and everyone of us.
Erna is a spiritual mentor and guardian of aliveness. Deeply connected to the spirit world, Mother Earth, and the language of the soul, she guides women through times of transformation with great sensitivity and presence. Her work is rooted in her own healing journey, in practices of somatic and nervous system regulation, and in the wisdom of her ancestors. In the ritual spaces she creates, women are invited into a grounded yet magical field - a safe space to reconnect with their inner voice, awaken their creative power, and remember the ancient art of holding sacred space.
