Harmonizing ritual with sound and scent

Yes, it is already the Summer Solstice, a day of equilibrium in nature, a day of dual harmonies. While secular in its nature, this ceremony is carefully designed to reset, realign, and harmonise your inner world.

The journey begins with a meditation and a breathwork practice, followed by frequencies and vibrations from various instruments, while the Gong is played for an extended period. Aromas of various incense and essential oils are used throughout as guides to ease the connection and realignment.

Afterwards, there is a silence and space, an opportunity to indulge in the after-state and integrate the experience in a way that feels serving to you, i.e., journaling, drawing, or simply doing nothing.

About Gong: Gong is a sacred instrument of transformation and can guide you into a state of profound relaxation - where the ordinary dissolves, and the extraordinary unfolds. Each gong bath is unique. How you arrive at a gong bath and which intentions you hold for the experience are magnified through the vibrations.

The flow is created to maximise the health benefits received from Gong vibrations and integrate with our senses.

Before & After Care: Since the body is about 70% water, it naturally resonates with the gong’s frequencies. Stay hydrated and consider avoiding alcohol and caffeine before and after the session for optimal integration.

About Facilitator

Vanine is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary visual and sound artist whose work blends music, design, and global influences into boundary-expansive sonic experiences. Trained as a classical pianist, Vanine’s exploration of sound took unexpected turns. In 2012, she discovered the immersive world of sound meditation through Tibetan Bowls, a practice that has remained a key part of her artistic evolution. In 2023, she was initiated into the ancient art of Gong playing. This transformative experience reshaped her artistic path and ignited a drive to create immersive, experiential sonic journeys, sharing the power of the Gong’s vibrations with audiences worldwide. She is fascinated with the experiences created through intangible elements of design, part of which is sound and scent.

As a founding member of the World Experience Organization (WXO), Vanine continues to redefine the boundaries of experiential design, creating immersive environments that fuse sound, aesthetics, and space into unforgettable experiences.
