Breath & Birth is a three-hour, in-person workshop designed to gently guide you from fear into trust, and from uncertainty into inner strength. In an intimate space held by two experienced facilitators — Jasmin, a psychologist & mindset coach, and Kim, a breathwork guide and scent artist — you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and reframe your approach to birth.

This is not a medical class. It’s a soulful preparation.
Through guided meditation, breath practices, mindset reframing, and intention setting, you’ll begin to soften fear and build a new sense of confidence. You’ll be supported in a room that smells of grounding incense, with calming music, warm tea in hand, and space to breathe — literally and emotionally.

Whether you’re a first-time mother or someone looking for a deeper connection to your birth experience, Breath & Birth offers you a powerful pause: a chance to return to yourself before welcoming someone new.

Within this playful and interactive workshop, we will use our noses to go deeper into the world of scents. We will explore not only the capacity of our nose but also learn the basics of designing a perfume. It is an educational, engaging, and often touching experience, as smells evoke past memories and feelings.

Ticket Prices:

Jasmin & Kim have decided to work with a sliding scale which works on the values of fairly recognizing your financial abilities and practicing solidarity.

• Reduced ticket 35€ Booked by single parents, students, people with (currently) little disposable income, people registered at Jobcenter or Arbeitsamt.

• Regular ticket 45€ Parents who have a regular and steady income and wish to pay the regular price.

• Solidarity ticket 50€ This ticket allows us to offer reduced-price tickets. If you can spare some money, please give the possibility to others with less financial freedom to participate.

• Duo Ticket 70€ Book two tickets and save some money.
