As the seasons begin to shift, our bodies and minds often feel the subtle pull of change. According to Ayurveda, this is the time when Vata dosha "the energy of movement" becomes more present. If left unbalanced, Vata can manifest as restlessness, anxiety, scattered thoughts or difficulty grounding. This retreat is lovingly designed to help you slow down, find stability and nourish your nervous system with practices that root you back into your body.
