Mantra Chanting Circle & Ayurveda Tea

  • YogicEscape Friedrichshain 25 Rigaer Straße Berlin, BE, 10247 Germany (map)

Hosted by Neha and Ritika from YogicEscape

Mantras are powerful syllables, words, or phrases that have been used for over five thousands years to invoke positive energy. It’s spirituality, backed by science.

Experience the calming power of sound and community. Join Neha and Ritika for an evening of mantra chanting, where the ancient practice of repeating sacred sounds has been shown to synchronize brainwaves, regulate the nervous system, and release anxiety—helping you find deep relaxation and peace of mind.

After chanting, we’ll share Ayurvedic tea together.

Please bring your own cup for a more personal and sustainable experience. This event is offered on a donation basis so we can continue to organize more gatherings like this in the future.

About the facilitators

Neha is a founder of Yogicescape, the Yoga & Wellness studio in Berlin. Yoga instructor and Ayurveda practitioner and energy healer, she comes with an experience of 22+ years of practice, teaching across the globe. She has led many retreats, workshops, and training modules. Neha's favorite mantra, "Vasudhev Kutumbakam," meaning "The World Is One Family," perfectly captures her positive and unifying outlook. That explains her true belief in selflessly giving back to society by supporting underprivileged tribal children in their education and teaching them Yoga.

Ritika is a dedicated yoga teacher based in Berlin, with a deep-rooted practice that goes far beyond physical postures. After years of committed personal practice, she has completed her trainings under the guidance of deeply experienced teachers. Her sessions reflect the true essence of yoga, integrating movement (Asanas), breathwork (Pranayam), mantra chanting, and deep rest through Yoga Nidra and guided meditations. She offers a space for holistic connection—supporting body, mind, and spirit—with warmth, presence, and authenticity.
