Hosted by Bihter Karthuser and George William Upton AKA Ambisolace
Join Bihter and George at the Soul Collective Pop-Up Space in Berlin-Mitte for a special sensory reset doubleheader pairing a somatic tools workshop by Bihter and a sound bath by live ambient performer, George AKA Ambisolace to create a unique space to tune in and open up.
In this 2,5-hour workshop, Bihter and George will co-create a space that feels safe enough for all of us—a space for slow-paced exploration rather than a definitive one. After some foundational nervous system practices, we’ll discuss the theory behind them, move our bodies, invite in a sense of playfulness, dive a bit deeper into the concepts, after reflection and idea exchange, we’ll close the space with an hour of an ambient sound bath.
We'll be carrying the explorative quality we have discovered during the workshop into the ambient sound bath and tune into the sensory journey of sound. You'll leave with an embodied understanding of how your nervous system functions and a taste of sensory experience.

About Bihter Kartheuser
With a multidisciplinary background, Bihter pursued doctoral studies in media studies but eventually reached a point where theory alone no longer satisfied her existential curiosity. This led her to train as a yoga and meditation teacher.
Later she found coaching, a field that offered a more integrative and grounded approach to personal transformation, to be the missing link in her journey. After training as a mindfulness coach, Bihter delved into trauma work and later trained in body psychotherapy with the NeuroSystemics Care. Delving into trauma work and becoming fascinated by nervous system science, it's become a true passion of hers to spread awareness about the nervous system.
She currently offer one-on-one and group sessions focused on nervous system awareness, resilience, and embodied transformation. Bihter is almost obsessed about ways in which we can be more ourselves without the fear of being excluded, and yet create deliberately developing spaces for enabling that for ourselves and the bigger group.
