Embracing Slowness

In a fast pace society, slowing down is an act of rebellion — a quite revolution. We invite you to embrace slowness in a safe space with us. This event is intended for a small group of maximum 15 women. Please come in warm, comfortable clothing, and bring warm socks too. And anything that helps you feel safe and at home in your body.

What to expect

  • Open Conversation: We’ll begin quietly — with a warm cup of tea and an open conversation on slowness. What does it mean to move slowly in a time of acceleration? How does slowing down feel in your body, or mind? What spaces does it open — within us and between us?

  • Guided Breath Meditation: From there, we’ll ease into a guided breath meditation by Teresa, gently activating the parasympathetic nervous system and stimulate the vagus nerve through mindful movements, inviting calm and connection to our body, mind, and soul.

  • Gentle Flow: Then, we’ll soften even more — entering a gentle flow, with eyes closed if you like, that carries us deeper into presence with Steffi.

  • Alchemy Singing Bowls: This event will be accompanied by Annette, who will slowly awaken the space with delicate tones from alchemy singing bowls and the carillon — soft, spacious, resonant.

We’re so looking forward to embracing slowness with you — and the quiet between the sounds. No skills needed. Come as you are.
