How to do Nothing

  • b23 23 Greifswalder Straße Berlin, BE, 10405 Germany (map)

Hosted by Malte Steinhoff

About the event:

We live in a culture that equates doing with meaning, output with value, and speed with success. But what if your worth was never tied to your to-do list? What if the most powerful transformation started not with more, but with less?

“How to Do Nothingis an experiential workshop designed to gently interrupt the momentum of overdoing. You will explore what it means to become present without having to perform. Guided by mindfulness-based meditation practices and gentle somatic exercises, you'll learn to gradually shift your attention over time from external urgency to internal spaciousness.

Some of the questions you’ll explore:

  • What do we really refer to when we say 'doing nothing'?

  • Why is doing less or nothing so romanticized nowadays, but we all struggle with it?

  • How do we benefit from a more intentional, slow approach to life?

  • How can we make inner connection in stillness a daily practice?

You'll leave this session not with more techniques to optimize your life, but with a felt experience of inner simplicity, a path back to yourself that asks nothing from you, except your presence and a commitment to inner connection and simplicity.
