About the event:
An occasion to simply celebrate springtime, indulge in the flavors of the season (and the region), come together, and enjoy good company, food, and wine. It's about time because asparagus season (which shouldn't be missed when you are in Beelitz!) and wild herb/foraging season are in full swing! The meal will be cooked with local, organic, and the freshest produce available—the menu will be vegetarian, but a vegan option is also available. It will be delicious!
About the menu:
A vegetarian four-course menu taking you on a journey through the flavors of the region and the season. Aperitif and digestif are included in the ticket, natural wines and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the bar. Vegan option is available. In case of food allergies please note them in your reservation!
About Studio Inés Lauber:
Studio Inés Lauber is a conceptual food and design studio that blurs the boundaries between forgotten and modern, traditional and new. Established in Berlin since 2012 and in Beelitz-Heilstaetten, Brandenburg since 2020, the studio is dedicated to raising awareness about sustainability, seasonality, locality, and biodiversity through the art of storytelling and conceptual design.
