With 10 years of yoga teaching (1000hr RYT), a lifetime in dance, and 5 years as a bodyworker, Lauren brings depth and passion to her connection-focused offerings. Having also trained extensively with Gwyn Williams, she carries a special interest in trauma-informed practice and nervous system healing, and her touch has been described as ‘a felt prayer.’ Her facilitation weaves presence, playfulness, and care - inviting others into softness, expression, and authentic connection.”
