This retreat is an invitation to immerse fully — in movement, stillness, the rhythm of the ocean, and connection to yourself, nature, and community.
This is the 5th edition of this yoga & surf retreat, hosted by Billie Bonita & Liza Patzelt.
Surfing is about surrender. When you fully embrace the present moment and let go, you tap into a deeper sense of connection, peace, and aliveness — the feeling of pure joy.
In the ocean, trusted surf coaches will guide you in catching waves and building confidence — whether you’re new to surfing or deepening your practice.
Not into surfing? No problem – there are also yoga-only packages. Just reach out if you're interested.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 500€ is required. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit or proof of payment. This deposit will count toward your total retreat cost.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat. If preferred, you can also pay the remainder in cash on site—just let us know in advance.

More than 6 weeks before: You may transfer your booking to another retreat within the same year (if available). The deposit remains non-refundable.
6–3 weeks before: The deposit is non-refundable; the remaining amount will be refunded.
Less than 3 weeks before: No refunds will be issued.

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover cancellations (including COVID or other illness), medical care, and return transport. If you're joining from abroad, international health insurance is also required. All participation is at your own risk—please listen to your body and assess your limits.

In the rare case that we need to cancel the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of your payment. However, we cannot reimburse travel or other pre-trip expenses (e.g. flights, visas).

We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful, with no refund. Guests are also responsible for any damage they cause to the property or surroundings.
Meet your hosts

Billie is the founder of atha yoga & surf and will be leading the yoga practice during the week. Billie began her yoga practice over 13 years ago. She completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Training in Bali in 2020 and a 300hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Apprenticeship at PRACTICE Yoga in Berlin. She also trained as a Level 1 Pranayama Teacher with Eddie Stern & Robert Moses and completed a Core Mat Pilates Teacher Training.Through teaching, she wants to pass on what yoga means to her: “Yoga for me is a deeper journey to myself, and through that, a deeper connection to each other and with all that surrounds us“. Billie has worked many years in Berlin’s music industry and enjoys incorporating her passion for music into her teachings. Expect a dynamic, but grounding flow focusing on the breath as a tool to connect you to the now.

Lisa's yoga practice is an integral part of her daily life. She understands yoga as a path that offers the opportunity to dive deep within ourselves to experience healing at a physical and mental level. In her classes Lisa aims to create a holistic experience for students and incorporates a slow warm up to feel into the body, asana practice, mindful hands-on-assists, meditation and breathing practices, yoga philosophy and a well-selected playlist. Lisa completed a 300h Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher training and a 4-month apprenticeship in Berlin.
