Ebb & Flow Retreat
September 25th - September 28th, 2025 • Börgerende, Germany
This retreat is an invitation to tune into the tides of femininity
Designed for all female beings, whether you experience a cycle or not, and whether you are pre-, peri-, or postmenopausal, themes such as the menstrual cycle, hormonal shifts, and the nervous system will be explored. Ebb & Flow is a safe space to embrace, celebrate and reconnect with your unique expression of femininity.
