The Art of Simplicity Retreat

November 6th - November 9th, 2025 • Bahnitz, Brandenburg, Germany

Join OMNI’s first retreat and experience the beauty of less and the depth of presence

This November, you are invited to step out of your daily rhythm and into a weekend of simplicity, movement, and inner spaciousness. Nestled in the stillness of Brandenburg, we will come together to slow down, reconnect with our bodies and breath, and remember what truly nourishes us—through mindful movement, deep rest, and moments of quiet joy.

OMNI is beyond excited to bring their vision to life in a retreat setting. From the very beginning, their intention has been to create spaces that feel both intentional and effortless—where presence is natural, and practice becomes a returning home.

Food

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be nourished by the vibrant, plant-forward cuisine of Apricus Kitchen. Rooted in seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, Apricus creates meals that are both deeply satisfying and supportive of your practice and wellbeing.

Mornings begin with a light pre-yoga snack, followed by abundant brunches featuring homemade granola and bircher muesli, fresh artisan breads, warm dishes like buckwheat pancakes or avocado toast, and a variety of fresh fruit, nut butters, and spreads.

Lunch is light yet energizing, often a colorful mix of wholesome, grounding salads and vegetables.

In the evening, we gather for generous shared dinners, where regional flavors meet creative, nourishing twists—always finished with a lovingly prepared dessert. Each meal is an invitation to pause, connect, and be cared for—with food that nourishes not just the body, but also the soul.

Meet your hosts

This retreat is guided and held by Stephanie and Darja, founders of OMNI and longtime yoginis and friends.

Their shared practice and deep friendship create a grounded and open-hearted atmosphere that welcomes you just as you are. With backgrounds rooted in vinyasa, yin, rocket and meditation Stephanie and Darja bring together strength and softness, structure and freedom.

  • sees the body as an expression of infinite potential - when the mind becomes quiet, the body begins to speak in its full intelligence. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that movement becomes transformative when we move with awareness, curiosity and trust. Through breath, strength and presence, she creates spaces where students can experience both expansion and grounding.

  • brings a grounded and intuitive presence to the retreat — holding space for both strength and softness. With a love for dynamic movement as well as deep stillness, she invites you to explore the full spectrum of practice: from energizing flow to nourishing rest.
