“I discovered yoga when I was still doing gymnastics. The class at a fitness studio in my hometown of Coburg, with its gentle stretching and core muscle activation, was like a balm for my hyperflexible ligaments. So I practiced yoga for several years, focusing on movement and the body .
Since I had to move frequently within Berlin and abroad during my studies, yoga took on a further important meaning over the years: it became a constant. Yoga gave me inner balance during an eventful time. I now focused my intention on consciousness and the state of mind .
After completing my master's degree in European Studies, I completed my yoga teacher training in Nepal with Himalayan Yogini in 2019. I learned the theory and practice of Hatha Yoga , received training in Pranayama , meditation , and mindfulness , and gained insights into Vinyasa Yoga. I taught my first drop-in classes in English while still in Nepal and discovered the joy of teaching.”

“I work as an art therapist in the psychosomatics department of the Schön Clinic in Bad Staffelstein. Color, art, and nature have accompanied me for as long as I can remember, which is reflected in my career path, from work in nature conservation to design and color consulting to art therapy. For me, the combination of yoga and art therapy is a way to experience myself and connect with others.

“My name is Ursl, and in addition to my work as a social worker, I have been enthusiastically teaching Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga for 11 years.
Yoga has enriched my life for over 17 years and, for me, offers an opportunity to encounter myself in a loving and gentle way, to feel myself, to experience and
accept my own limits, and to overcome them step by step with mindfulness. This personal perspective shapes my approach to teaching yoga.”
