Cocoon Retreat
October 9th - October 12th, 2025 • Bahnitz, Brandenburg, Germany
Slow down and reconnect - a long weekend retreat for women
As the light softens and leaves begin to fall, Sian and Claire from Sun&Moon Collective invite you to Cocoon - a tender seasonal pause designed to help you slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
This intimate 3-night women’s retreat, held in a warm and welcoming retreat home in the German countryside, offers a gentle invitation to move with the rhythm of autumn: to let go of the rush, to reconnect with your body, breath, and heart, and to be held in stillness and softness.
The Invitation
Autumn is nature’s invitation - to slow down, to soften, to turn inward.
Cocoon is a space to honor this transition. It’s a place to rest from the momentum of summer and land gently in your own body. Through slow yoga, embodied movement, nourishing food, sharing circles, candlelit sound baths, and authentic connection, we’ll guide you through a journey:
from doing to being, from noise to stillness, from outside to within.
Together, we’ll explore:
Morning practices to gently awaken body and breath
Evening rituals like women’s circles and sound healing
Embodied dance & movement to feel more connected and present
Deep rest & reflection, with time to walk, write, journal, sauna, or simply be
Meaningful connection with a small group of like-hearted women
This is not a retreat to change yourself.
It’s a retreat to connect back to yourself.

Being with what’s there.
And giving it the space it needs.

Claire is passionate about community, movement, and music.
She is a certified ecstatic dance facilitator and DJ, and she is also trained in a somatic-based movement practice, Fluentbody. For the past three years, she’s been organizing and facilitating gatherings for women and loves creating spaces for women to connect on a deeper level with themselves and others. In the spaces she holds, she hopes that women feel they can be their most authentic selves, as she has found, on her own journey, that her authenticity and vulnerability are her greatest gifts.

Sian is passionate about yoga, self discovery and living a meaningful life.
She is a certified holistic health coach, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Bath Facilitator in Berlin. She creates these spaces for women to facilitate their transformative journeys of self discovery to foster more freedom and joy; while also providing a space for women to connect with other beautiful souls. Sian believes that while self discovery is so important, feeling safe enough to share our true selves with the world is the next big step. In these spaces, she hopes to create a sense of safety where women can go deeper within themselves, and also share these discoveries with others.
