Reiki means “universal life-force energy” in Japanese

It is a gentle and simple yet profound energy healing method that involves the transfer of energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. This practice aims to balance the body’s energy, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Reiki treatments will most likely leave you with a sense of groundedness, a meditative state, and a feeling of spiritual fulfillment. That’s because Reiki not only restores physical well-being but also fosters inner peace and spiritual growth. When received or practiced continuously, Reiki can lead to a balanced and harmonious life.
