Embodied Presence: Tuscany Retreat
October 22nd - October 26th, 2025 • Tuscany, Italy
You’re invited to listen, feel, and return to the body’s wisdom—grounding in the here and now
The mind moves between past and future, but the body is always here—holding patterns, emotions, and memories that shape our experience.
Through guided one-on-one work, we explore how sensations reveal our deeper truths. Discomfort often signals where beliefs are held. By staying with these sensations instead of resisting them, we create space for awareness and integration. We’ll investigate these questions:
What qualities do you want to embody in your life?
What is important for you at this moment in life ?
How do you connect to your body in your everyday life ?
How do your emotional patterns show up physically ?
Retreat Structure & Flow
Our retreat is designed to create a deep, embodied experience, blending individual sessions, meditation, and integration time. Each day follows a rhythm that supports presence, self-inquiry, and restoration.

Corinne, born in Italy and now based in Berlin, integrates Chinese and Japanese healing traditions—such as Toyohari and Keiraku Chiryo—with the spiritual lineages of Yoga, Sri Vidya, Shakta Tantra, and Advaita Vedanta. Her journey deepened through the study of Ayurveda in India, shaping a rich and holistic approach to well-being. Since 2005, she has been immersed in the ancient wisdom of India and Nepal, with a focus on supporting women’s vitality, balance, and inner alignment.
With a sensitivity to both body and spirit, Corinne explores healing as a path of reconnection—to the rhythms of nature, to ancient lineages, and to the essence of who we are. Her work is grounded in the clinical practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and enriched by the meditative and philosophical streams of yogic and tantric lineages.Currently, Corinne offers individual sessions, group classes, and retreats in Berlin and internationally, and serves as a teaching and clinical assistant at the Shou Zhong TCM School.

Masha, born in Ukraine, spent 20+ years in New York CIty, and currently based in Berlin – is a somatic practitioner, multidisciplinary educator, meditation, and Fluentbody™ facilitator. Following a holistic approach, with a passion for embodied movement, she explores how to bridge understanding of oneself, people, and our environment more deeply through the body, nurturing our relationship to our innate nature. Her joy is to guide people into pathways of awareness of emotions and patterns, to create more freedom and connection with the natural rhythm of life. We move to remember our innermost joy. We return to the body to rediscover ways of improvisation – where life can easily flow through us once again.
Her work is rooted in Fluentbody, Transformative Bodywork (Somatic Therapy), Vocal Training, Osho Active Meditations & BodyMind Meditative Therapy, and Trauma-resourcing methods. Currently Masha teaches groups, one-to-one, workshops/retreats in Berlin as well as abroad.
