DreamLab Yoga invites you to join an epic adventure: a dreamy escape to the Mediterranean - the DreamScape Retreat!

Get ready to leave the busyness of your everyday life behind and find deep relaxation on a paradise island.

During this 5-day long immersion into movement and mindfulness, you will practice on the beach surrounded by pine trees and crystal-clear water, enjoy the beauty of untouched nature, and sleep under the star-filled sky.

Location

Far from the hustle and bustle of the cities, Obonjan, an uninhibited island, lies just an hour away by boat from Croatia's mainland.

This small private island is located in central Dalmatia and can be reached by boat from the historic town of Šibenik. Obonjan is known to be an oasis of peace, a complete "stress-free" zone where cars are not allowed, and only a handful of people are permitted on the island at any given time. Modern yet exuding a Robinson Crusoe vibe, the island offers a unique experience, providing everything you need to leave your worries behind and fully relax.

Getting to the location

Transportation to Obonjan and back is not part of the offer but we can help you organise your trip. 

If you are coming from Berlin, the easiest way to get to Obonjan is to fly to Split, then take the bus to Šibenik and finally a boat to Obonjan.

On the 5th of June, there is a direct flight with EasyJet at 8:40 from BER Berlin Brandenburg to Split (duration 1h50) and, on Sunday the 9th of June, from Split to Berlin at 20:20 (duration 1h55).

Šibenik can be reached by all means of transport. If you are coming from Split airport, you can either take the local bus or, if there are enough people interested, we can organise a mini bus. Depending on the number of people, the price for the mini bus (one way) is between 8 - 9€.

The island is accessible by boat or speedboat departing from the harbour in Šibenik. Depending on the type of the boat, the journey will take anywhere between 25 minutes and 1 hour. We will organise the boats for you once we know your travel plans. The average price (the price varies depending on the number of people) of the return ticket is 35€.

Accommodation on the island is in luxurious, eco-friendly, custom-made glamping lodges.

These beautifully designed lodges offer guests the perfect balance of rustic glamping charm and modern comforts, including air conditioning, locks, and private bathrooms. The standout feature of this accommodation is the stunning view from each unit - whether it's the astonishing scenery of the sunset over the sea, a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear waters, or a calming panorama of the lush pine forest.

What to expect:

All meals are vegetarian/vegan, prepared with fresh, organic products and ingredients. The menu is inspired by the Mediterranean healthy ways of preparing food. If you have any food preferences, please let us know in advance.

Not included in the price

To reserve your spot, you need to pay a 250 euro deposit (non refundable). In case the retreat gets cancelled for any reason, you will get the deposit money back. The rest of the payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat (10.04.2024). It is also possible to split the payment in two or three parts. In case money is an issue, don't hesitate to talk to us about it - we will find a way!

Meet your hosts

  • Leda Fay is a Yoga Alliance certified (RYT800+) yoga teacher based in Berlin. She was trained in hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, clinical somatics, myofascial release, gong, sound meditation as well as in yogic and Buddhist philosophy. With a background in both natural sciences and religious studies, Leda combines ancient spiritual teachings with modern knowledge of the human body and psyche. As a passionate storyteller, she uses myth and symbolic thought to convey the deeper message of yoga, teaching you how to live yoga on and off the mat.

  • Sara Penzar is a multifaceted movement and pilates teacher as well as social & health coach. From ballet, contemporary dance and dance movement therapy to pilates and yoga, her diverse education in different movement practices, allows Sara to create holistic, well-rounded classes and experiences. Her goal is to provide personalised guidance and strategies tailored to each person's unique needs, while also fostering spaces where individuals can explore and enhance their deep mind-body awareness and connection. For her, it really comes down to experiencing yourself through the body – Because change happens through movement, and movement heals (Joseph Pilates)!
