About Me
I’m Fanny, a yoga teacher and specialized in Yoga for Women's health, passionate about supporting hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and cycle awareness through the practices of yoga therapy and Ayurveda. My approach is rooted in lived experience. Living with endometriosis has shaped the way I practice and teach, not as something to fix, but as a path of listening, adjusting, and returning to the body with compassion. My journey began in 2017 with a 200-hour training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in the Netherlands. In 2019, I immersed myself in a four-month Ayurvedic experience at a clinic in Kerala, India, a turning point that deepened my connection to holistic healing. That same year, I trained in Yin Yoga and fascia therapy to support more restorative and connective practices. In 2020, I completed a full year of Ayurvedic study focused on lifestyle and nutrition. In 2022, I returned to India to assist for six months in a yoga teacher training at an ashram, a powerful experience of learning through discipline and repetition. More recently, I’ve expanded into sound healing through gong and sound bath training (2023), and I’m currently continuing my growth with an ongoing program at Three Boons Yoga in Berlin.
Each chapter has added depth to how I teach: with softness, somatic awareness, Ayurvedic wisdom, and a focus on nervous system health and hormonal support.
