It doesn't really require a lot of bells and whistles, nor any fancy practices. Radha will open this women’s circle with the intention of having space and time to be. If you are longing for a space where you can slow down and feel yourself more deeply and clearly, then you have come to the right place. It's completely allowing you to be there with everything you are. Whether tired, exhausted, sad, emotional, "numb," happy, or whatever you bring with you.

We live in a society where everyone fights for themselves. And that can be really exhausting. Healing doesn't happen overnight, but continuously and over and over again. This evening, Radha will guide you through a cacao ceremony. When we work with cacao, we are given permission to soften. More honest, gentler.

What to expect:

• Mantras & Voice Activation – such a valuable practice to get into the body, into clarity, into letting go and feeling.

• Sharing - From woman to woman.

• Breast massage - Not with the intention of making you "multiorgasmic", but with my deep desire to empower you to know and understand yourself and your body better than any doctor or healer.

Our relationship with our breasts can be so different. Some of us love our breasts, and some have spent their whole lives trying to love them, or perhaps not hate them. Comparing ourselves since puberty. Or, ultimately, having no relationship or connection to our breasts at all. They're simply there, and that's okay. Regardless of which or whether any of this applies to you, you are warmly invited to come and engage in the experience. The practice takes place in a calm, unexcited, and gentle way.

We, as women, have the responsibility to know our bodies and to be in a vibrant relationship.

Radha will guide you through a massage practice that you give yourself. It's for your tissue structure, your lymph, and also your personal connection to your heart space. Afterwards, you will be able to take this practice with you and use it independently at home or perhaps even share it with a friend.

The evening concludes with shared integration and sound.
