Inner Motion is a series of somatic dance workshops that invites you to explore a different theme each session, using embodied movement, emotional release, creative expression and conscious connection. Guided by a fusion of various practices, each workshop offers a unique journey inward.
Expect to dance, write, feel, shake, reflect, and connect. We’ll use the body as a compass to access emotions, unlock stored tension, and awaken your deeper body intelligence. Through presence, breath, and intuitive movement, you'll discover how your body holds the stories, the healing, and the wisdom you seek.
This is a space for authenticity without pressure to “perform” anything. All bodies, backgrounds, and movement levels are welcome. Whether you’re looking for healing, self-expression, or deeper embodiment, you’ll find a grounded, safe, and creative container to explore who you are beyond words.

About the facilitator
A force of nature, an embodied bridge between worlds, a yogi, a dancer, a mermaid, and a space holder. Anuja (she/her) is rooted in both German and Sri Lankan cultures, moving fluidly between the elements, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to guide others on their path to transformation.
Her journey began at the crossroads of two opposing cultures, igniting a deep curiosity about existence, emotions, and the true nature of being. Raised in a Hindu spiritual environment, she initially resisted its constraints, seeking her own truth beyond family traditions. However, this very foundation ultimately led her to study yoga in its full and holistic spectrum. Life’s hardships and illnesses then became catalysts for a profound journey of healing and self-discovery, one that continues to unfold.
As a licensed yoga teacher, aquatic bodywork therapist, somatic dance facilitator, and Kundalini Activation guide, Anuja integrates a vast range of knowledge from diverse trainings, scientific research, therapeutic modalities, and her own transformational experiences. Above all, she remains a lifelong student, continuously learning, healing, and evolving.
She believes in synchronicity and trusts in the innate power of self-healing, recognizing that we are all walking each other home. Her calling is to create safe spaces for healing and transformation, where individuality and authenticity are honored at their highest expression. With peace and love as her guiding forces, her vision is to inspire and influence meaningful change in the world.
