How to prepare:
Coffee & Sugar: Preferably avoid coffee and sugar before the session to support sensitivity and clarity.
However, if skipping coffee brings discomfort, a small cup is okay—listen to your body.Eating: Ideally, don’t eat for at least 3 hours beforehand. 4–6 hours or a gentle fast can deepen your experience. If needed, have something light—your comfort matters most.
Clothing: Wear loose, light-colored clothing. Avoid black and tight items—especially around the chest, neck, or waist. Choose what feels soft, spacious, and free.
Above all, come as you are—in ease, openness, and kindness toward yourself.
