Where vision softens, the story sharpens.
Frame Shift is a guided photography workshop designed to help you reconnect with your creativity through presence, attention, and intuitive image-making.
One part observation. One part expression. Every part connection.
Blending cross-disciplinary techniques of play, photographic technique, neuroscience, and mindfulness practices, we will delve into:
The art of decoding your inspiration
Cultivate presence
Distill visual expression
Ideal for anyone who feels the urge to create through photography.
Whether you’re a seasoned creative moving through inspiration burnout or a playful accountant ready to shoot beyond the spreadsheets. Frame Shift offers a space to reframe how you see and rediscover your voice through the lens.
