Hosted by Bihter Kartheuser
This 3-part workshop series is all about getting to know your nervous system and making sense of your meditation practice in order for you to nurture your mind and body in your personal and relational life. Through these 3 workshops you will learn how your nervous system functions, what are the crossings of the nervous system science and Buddhist psychology, what is self-regulation and co-regulation and eventually how could your personal wellbeing serve in our everyday relationships.
This series is aimed for individuals, team leaders, teachers, parents and anyone interested in understanding their nervous system functioning better and getting better at everyday relationships.
