WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a type of dynamic meditation in which a change in your everyday state of consciousness is induced through conscious, intensified breathing. Conscious Connected Breathwork can induce the gates of consciousness to expand which can result in intense experiences of many kinds - feelings of connection, deep personal insights, the release of emotional blockages or just a nice, pleasant feeling of floating.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The breathing itself will take an hour. You will be carried by music and accompanied and supported in your breathing journey. Before that, we have a small check-in round and clarify everything you need to know in order to be able to safely engage in the intensified breathing. After breathing, you can land gently with a short integration exercise. We can then come together to share an evening picnic by the lake.

LOCATION

MAYAKOSHA - THE YOGA TENT AT WEISSENSEE

Here we will go on a breathing journey together. And there couldn't be a better place: We are in direct contact with the nature that surrounds us and yet we are protected from rain and moisture by the tent. The yoga tent at Weißensee is tucked away in a private garden, just a few minutes walk from the Weißensee beach. You will receive the exact address and directions after booking your ticket.

The standard price is €27. You can buy tickets here pay safely and quickly via PayPal. For people in a (currently) financially tight situation, there are reduced tickets for €18.90. This ticket is only available on account. Please briefly describe your situation when sending your invoice request to hello@ikebuny.com .

PLEASE BRING

- Yoga mat or other surface (e.g. sleeping mat), so that you are nice and comfortable on a fresh day)

- Blanket or sleeping bag to keep you nice and warm (the latter is especially recommended if you tend to get cold or if you get cold

- Loose, comfortable clothing

- Something to drink

- If necessary. lip balm

- Everything else that makes you feel good.

LANGUAGES

The session will be guided in German with the option to be guided in English depending on each group’s needs.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an intense experience and requires a generally stable, healthy physical and mental state. Conscious Connected Breathwork is therefore not recommended in the following circumstances in particular: Severe or acute cardiovascular disorders, high blood pressure, epilepsy, infectious diseases or feverish inflammation, recent injuries, recent surgical wounds, acute schizophrenic psychoses, psychiatric diagnosis of any kind, glaucoma, pregnancy , chronic diseases, osteoporosis, cancer diseases, anemia.
