The season changes—leaves turning golden, light turns, fresh winds, blossoms return. As the world shifts, so do we. Our bodies, minds, and energy naturally respond to these changes. Most of us take time to reflect on the New Year, but nature offers us four powerful moments of transition. These seasonal shifts are invitations to pause, reset, and realign—an opportunity to support your body and adjust your direction.
Surfing the Season is a 3-hour workshop each seasonal change that moves you into the new season feeling empowered, balanced and inspired. So much is going on, life is such a chaos, so is nature. How to tune in with nature and resource yourself with it? This workshop series is aimed for supporting you in seasonal attunement with the knowledge of the nervous system and looking into basic tools for attuning with your body moment by moment.
Together we will:
Support and reset the nervous system so your body feels grounded in this seasons change.
Learn to regulate intensities that occur in each season through embodied understanding of shifting states of your nervous system.
Look back and integrate what the past season has brought you.
Set fresh intentions for how you want to show up in the months ahead.
You don’t need to live in the forest or be a nature guide to benefit from the rhythm of the seasons. Whether you notice it or not, these shifts affect us all—our energy, our moods, our motivations. When we learn to ride these seasonal waves instead of resisting them, life feels much easier and fully supported.
Seasonal transitions don’t have to mean low mood, overwhelm, or anxiety. They can become turning points that give you strength, direction, and renewal.
Come surf the season—because nature is already moving, and you can move with her.
