Together, we’ll open with the sacred medicine of cacao, honoring its ancient roots and healing wisdom. Cacao is rich in antioxidants and known to support heart-opening, clarity, and presence. Through breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and intention setting, we’ll soften into the moment and awaken a deeper sense of connection within. The ceremony will end with a soothing sound bath using Tibetan bowls and a reflective sharing circle where you can simply be held in community.
