From a young age, most of us were conditioned to suppress, ignore, or misdirect our anger. Instead of seeing it as a powerful resource, we were told to quiet it down, push it away, or feel ashamed of it.

What will this process look like?

  1. Prepare yourself for the fact that at the start, you might be pleasantly and soothingly surprised, discovering something that will surely give you energy and strength to work.

  2. Next, we learn to consciously feel in our bodies and use anger of low and medium intensity, recognize it in our bodies, communicate it, and use it responsibly—before it grows and overwhelms us.

  3. Through voluntary exercises, practices, and processes solo, in pairs, and in groups, we shed, like itchy, too-small sweaters, toxic layers of socialization and limiting beliefs.

  4. And at the same time, we are practically learning and training tools for using anger of varying intensity to: set and maintain your boundaries, reach for what you desire, consciously feel in your body and express its wisdom, heal, and make new decisions. With sensitivity and mindfulness, I take care of their integration in each and every one of you.

  5. We conclude the meeting with gentle practices that support grounding and integration.

  6. After each training session, I create a Support and Celebration Group for its participants. It will help you integrate the transformation into your daily life.

You will learn practically and experience safely:

  • How to recognize subtle signs of growing anger in the body and how to practically use them instead of ignoring them so you don't have to explode

  • How to set boundaries that work - to be closer to each other in healthy relationships with others

  • What to do with suddenly appearing anger, so that it is no longer directed at oneself, fueling the inner critic, lack of self-acceptance, and psychosomatic symptoms

Meet Your Teacher

Gabriela Klara Kowalska

Gabriela Klara Kowalska is a pioneering somatic therapist and transformational trainer dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their emotions, bodies, and personal power. For over seven years, she has worked with people on deep emotional integration, and for the past four years, she has led groundbreaking anger management training for women in Poland—expanding her work to include men in the last year. To date, she has guided over 1,000 women and nearly 100 men through this transformative process.

She specializes in Possibility Management, a psychological-coaching approach developed over the past 40 years and recently introduced to Poland. As a Coach and Trainer of Possibilities, she also trains future facilitators in this method. Gabriela is a Trainer of Spaceholders for Rage Club and Possibility Coaching, as well as a Facilitator (FiT) of Community Building based on M. Scott Peck’s methodology for navigating group dynamics and fostering true connection.

Her work extends beyond individual sessions—she brings her expertise to renowned personal growth festivals such as Mama Gathering, Serpiente, Wabi-Sabi, Unity Waves, Festival Circles, and Festival Women. She also leads in-depth online and in-person training programs across Warsaw, Silesia, and the Tri-City.

At the heart of her mission is the exploration of radical sisterhood—a commitment to deep, authentic relationships free from societal illusions. Through her work and personal journey, Gabriela actively challenges outdated patriarchal structures, advocating for a world where both women and men step into their full emotional sovereignty.

About the organizer

Natalia Celej

Natalia Celej is a dedicated Possibility Space Holder and Emotional Navigator in the Possibility Management framework. Her journey into this transformative work began as a participant in Gabriela Klara Kowalska’s Anger Training—an experience that profoundly reshaped her life and led her to become an organizer herself. She believes that every man and woman deserves the opportunity to explore their emotional depth and embrace the wisdom it holds.

Natalia offers 1:1 sessions, Women’s Life Circles focused on Anger and Sex/Angergasms, and weekly online women’s talks, creating safe and empowering spaces for deep emotional work. She is currently exploring how the ‘White Widow’ strategy has contributed to the disempowerment of women and how conscious Anger can serve as a catalyst for reclaiming authentic power.

Her practice is rooted in transparency, clarity, and sensitivity, which she actively cultivates in collaboration with other women. Through her work, Natalia supports individuals in breaking free from societal conditioning and stepping into their full emotional sovereignty.
