“I truly enjoyed this journey and often find it hard to believe how much we’ve accomplished in such a short amount of time. The Applied Movement Anatomy classes provided a strong foundation for everything we learnt after and sparked a genuine curiosity to deepen my understanding of the human body.

We received well-structured, thoughtfully organized information that covered all the key aspects of leading a class, and it was incredibly rewarding to see our teaching skills grow along the way. I feel grateful for the experience, inspired by everything we’ve learned, and excited for what’s to come. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to continue this path!”

“Katherine and Shirah's Barre Teacher Training was thorough, engaging and challenging. As a fitness fanatic, I was able to gain instruction in both how to become a qualified fitness instructor, but also how to get the most out of my own workouts (barre and beyond).

From learning anatomy and class sequencing to cueing techniques and alignment, each section was covered extensively making it a very comprehensive program. If you are at all interested in expanding your fitness knowledge I can wholly recommend this course.”
