Ubud, known as the spiritual and cultural heart of Bali, provides the perfect setting to begin this journey. Surrounded by lush greenery, ancient temples, and sacred rivers at the royal IBAH hotel, you will start grounding yourself in the seen world while opening the door to the unseen.

Afternoon: Water Ceremony: Guided exploration of Balinese spirituality, focusing on blessing and energy work + Visit to Ye Mapeh Waterfall for a meditative nature walk and healing blessing ceremony and silent contemplation.
Evening: Fire Circle
Day 8 (Nov 22) Departure & Farewell
Morning: Closing meditation and gratitude practice.
Brunch: Farewell meal with retreat group.
Late Morning: Check-out and transport back to Denpasar or next destination.









Meet your guide
Ulli Allmendinger, MSc Ayurveda
Ulli is an Ayurveda consultant, teacher, author, and detox retreat leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. She studied under renowned teachers such as Prof. Dr. Subhash Ranade, Dr. Robert Svoboda, and Dr. Vasant Lad and holds a Master’s degree in Ayurvedic Sciences (MSc Ayurveda). She also trained in Western and Eastern herbalism and Ayurvedic homronal and postpartum care. A former New York City journalist, Ulli brings her storytelling skills to wellness education, writing for publications and publishing two books: Ayurveda (2017, Turkey) and Dein Ayurveda (2024, Germany), co-authored with Prof. Dietrich Grönemeyer. The Turkish version will be released with Doğan Publishing House in April 2025. Ulli has trained over 200 Ayurveda consultants and created a vibrant community in Turkey. She is now based in Bali and curates global wellness retreats and programs.
