The Modules at a Glance
-
Your teacher training and your new future start right now.
First, you'll get to know yoga in a way that goes far beyond the athletic aspect. You'll understand yoga as a path to personal development, inner freedom, and peace.
You can look forward more and more to your powerful role as a future teacher and learn the important impact you will have on your students and beyond. You will build a strong foundation for this leadership role and begin to stabilize yourself —physically, mentally, and energetically— with a daily routine of yoga, breathwork, and meditation .
You'll learn to clearly identify your values and needs, so you can be true to yourself even in challenging moments and remain true to your new path. Because being a teacher doesn't begin when you start teaching—it's already begun.
With the power of the root chakra, you will find grounding, trust, and security, so that you can easily pave your own path to a new and self-determined future.
Learning objectives
You understand what yoga really is – as a path to inner peace and self-realization, so that you can later teach with true depth
You will learn the difference between Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga – to consciously align your own practice and pass it on authentically
You establish your daily self-practice with yoga, breathing and meditation – to bring stability, focus and grounding into your everyday life
You recognize your values and needs – in order to align yourself internally and remain true to your path even in challenging moments
You strengthen your root chakra – to build trust in yourself and your path and to set off courageously
Asana focus “Grounding postures & standing positions”
You will learn asanas that strengthen grounding, stability, and confidence—e.g., Tadasana, Malasana, Virabhadrasana I & II, Uttanasana.
You will develop a sense of ground contact, stability and alignment – as a basis for safe teaching practice.
-
Now is the time to embrace and accept your body as It is.
To do this, you consciously and lovingly reflect on your body image – and develop a new body awareness that will accompany you through your everyday life with more self-confidence.
In the anatomy course, you'll gain a solid understanding of the human body : muscles, bones, joints, movement principles, and the interplay of posture and energy. You'll also learn the anatomical foundations of the most important yoga poses —so that you can later teach not only creatively, but also responsibly and precisely.
You will be invited to lead initial meditations and breathing techniques and thus gently grow into teaching.
Here you can allow yourself to become soft and be strong in precisely that.
Learning objectives
You transform your body image into a home – and start to feel beautiful from the inside out
You develop self-love as a daily practice – not for perfection, but for genuine, lived acceptance
You will learn to guide meditation and breathing techniques – and thus give yourself and others conscious connection
You understand the body in depth and detail – from muscles and joints to energetic alignment in asanas
You activate your sacral chakra – for emotional clarity, creative expression and inner radiance
Asana focus “Hip openers & flowing movements”
You practice asanas that promote creativity, self-love, and emotional connection—e.g., Baddha Konasana, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Mandukasana, and flowing Cat-Cow variations.
You will learn how to cultivate feminine energy, softness, and inner freedom through gentle, wave-like movements.
-
In the last two modules, you have developed healthy routines, rediscovered your body, connected with your breath and mind – and begun to understand yourself deeply.
Now is the moment to bring your knowledge into the world
– and ignite the fire of your teaching role.
The focus is on teaching. You'll be introduced step by step to leading a Hatha Yoga class and learn how to structure a class clearly, logically, and safely —following anatomical principles with a selected peak pose as the energetic focus.
You will realize that it is not about teaching in a particularly creative or spiritual way – but rather about creating a secure, conscious foundation.
You will begin to confidently lead Sun Salutation A & B, practice your first transitions, and develop a solid understanding of meaningful sequences.
And you realize that you're becoming more and more confident, and your presence is beginning to sink in. Now you can lead—in your own, clear way.
Learning objectives
You will learn how to structure a Hatha Yoga class in a safe and structured way – and develop a first feeling for meaningful sequences
You will lead Sun Salutation A & B and first asanas professionally – and take your first steps in real teaching
You strengthen your inner fire – and begin to take responsibility for your energy, your actions and your appearance as a teacher
You develop a clear, present language – without filler words, with a focus on impact and connection
You will learn how to keep your energy field stable – so that you can teach with presence without losing yourself
You dare to take your first mini-teachings to realize that you already have everything within you to lead others safely
Asana focus on “core work & powerful postures”
You practice activating poses that strengthen courage, energy, and self-responsibility—e.g., Navasana, Plank, Utkatasana, and twists like Parivrtta Utkatasana.
You will learn how powerful asanas strengthen your willpower and help you align yourself energetically.
-
The time has come: You cross the threshold from the inner path to outer action
– and grow even more into your role as a teacher. Because you are ready to show yourself. With your knowledge, your voice, your heart.
You'll learn the structure of a Vinyasa class and develop your first holistic teaching concept with meditation, pranayama, energetically meaningful sequencing, and your heart's desire. You'll feel ready to show off and lead your first mini-class in front of others —thus taking the decisive step from learning to teaching.
In group exercises, you 'll also refine your classroom language, practice positive phrasing, develop your cueing , and learn to create genuine connection with students through mirroring and presence. This is how you begin to hold the space safely and with trust. To truly dispel any remaining doubts you may have as a future teacher, you'll take a closer look: What is your true why as a yoga teacher? You'll understand: If you teach from your heart, you'll touch your students and inspire them so much that they'll also embark on their own journey.
Learning objectives
You will understand the structured and energetically sensible structure of a Vinyasa class – and develop your first own class concept
You plan and lead a mini-class with meditation, pranayama and sequence – based on your heart topic
You refine your language in class – for clear messages, positive impact and real connection
You begin to design your lessons as a relationship space – through presence, mirroring and empathic cueing
You reflect on your big why to strengthen the confidence that you are ready to teach yoga with heart
You activate your heart chakra – for courage, compassion and the ability to lead spaces with love
Asana focus: "Heart Openers & Backbends" – You practice asanas that promote compassion, trust, and expansiveness, such as Bhujangasana, Ustrasana, Anahatasana, and Setu Bandhasana.
You will learn how to lead backbends with anatomical safety – while conveying a sense of openness, connection, and presence.
-
You started teaching yoga and meditation
– now it's all about truly showing your voice and energy with power . You'll learn how to use your most important instrument, your voice, to open spaces, maintain tension, and inspire trust in your students through clear sound, conscious silence, and presence.
In partner exercises, you will practice conscious speaking and develop a sense of how your voice works – even before you take your first yoga pose.
Then you'll delve into the heart of yoga: Bhakti Yoga —the path of devotion. You'll learn various mantras and practice your first favorite mantra by heart, allowing you to open your classes with spiritual depth, in the traditional way.
And you go even further: Sound instruments such as singing bowls, koshi, or harmonium become powerful tools that round off your lessons and help you find your unique selling point.
This creates something truly personal: your own sound space – carried by voice, mantra, instrument, and heart. This is precisely what will make your yoga classes unforgettable.
Learning objectives
You develop presence, clarity and confidence through conscious speech, voice control, pauses and use of energy.
You will overcome barriers in your expression in order to be vocally and emotionally authentic.
You integrate Bhakti Yoga into your practice – learn mantras, sing them with devotion, and make your lessons a special experience
You use instruments such as harmonium, singing bowls, or koshi specifically to calm nervous systems and deepen your classes.
You understand how sound affects the body, nervous system, and emotions – and use this knowledge to teach holistically.
You will develop your individual sound signature – and learn to open spaces that touch deeply through voice, sound and devotion.
Asana focus “Opening the shoulder, neck and chest area”
You will learn asanas that create space for voice, expression, and presence—e.g., Gomukhasana Arms, Garudasana Arms, Matsyasana, Supported Shoulderstand.
You will learn how conscious alignment in the upper back and neck area supports your voice and energetic presence.
-
You have learned to teach confidently and use your voice as an instrument
– now it's about trusting your inner voice. Because great teachers don't stubbornly follow a plan. They sense what the moment needs and act out of connection with themselves, with their students, with the space.
In this module, you'll strengthen your self-confidence. You'll learn how intuition works and how to recognize it as a very real force within your body, your heart, and your nervous system. Through mindfully guided exercises, you'll begin to sense inner impulses— and make your first intuitive decisions in class.
You'll practice leading yoga classes not only with structure, but also with feeling: What energy do you want to strengthen in your class? What do you want to open a space for? What do you need—and what does the group need?
You'll delve deeper into yoga philosophy and learn the concept of Dharma —your soul's path, which can unfold when you trust yourself. You'll learn more about the Ajna chakra, the center of intuition, clarity, and inner knowing.
Teaching doesn't mean knowing everything. Teaching means being present—and guided from within.
Learning objectives
You will develop trust in your gut feeling to confidently make your first intuitive decisions in class
You will understand how intuition is embedded in the body, nervous system, and perception in order to use it as a reliable tool in teaching.
You will lead the first sequences freely – thereby strengthening your courage, presence and connection.
You will explore the Dharma principle from yoga philosophy to discover your personal soul path as a teacher and embrace your uniqueness.
You activate your third eye (Ajna chakra) to find clarity, follow your inner truth and authentically express your values.
Asana focus “Meditative & intuitive practice”
You'll practice mindful sequences that promote intuition and inner clarity—e.g., Balasana, Sukhasana with eye focus, Tratak, Yin Yoga elements, twists, and gentle forward bends.
You develop your ability to intuitively choose asanas in the moment and to set an energetic intention.
-
You've come so far!
Now it's about embodying what's truly important to you—with everything you are. Because you're not here to simply teach classes— you're here to lead —with heart, integrity, and vision. You will consciously reflect on your path so far: on patterns, turning points, and inner messages. From this, you will develop your very own teaching vision —not a marketing slogan, but an embodied truth that makes you unique. For your future work as a teacher, you will learn about manifestation as an energetic principle and use it purposefully to achieve greater abundance, clarity, and confidence in your leadership role.
Because leadership in yoga doesn't mean being loud—it means being grounded in yourself, in your truth, and your highest self. With this inner security, you sharpen your unique selling point, position yourself clearly in the vast yoga market —and become a teacher who transforms, not just teaches.
At the end, you'll not only know who you are and who you want to be, but you'll radiate it with depth. In the celebratory ritual, you'll manifest your magnificent teaching vision with mantra, vision board, and meditation.
This is your milestone – and the first step into your wonderful future as a leader.
Learning objectives
You understand what your personal soul path is – and how it is connected to your yoga path.
You look back at your life path, recognize formative turning points, and use them to develop your authentic teaching vision.
You will become aware of what makes you unique as a yoga teacher – so that you can position yourself clearly and appear confident.
You will discover what role you want to play as a teacher and leader – and how you can truly touch people with integrity and presence.
You will learn how to consciously shape your future with the power of vision, energy work, and manifestation – beyond ego desires.
You embed spirituality in your teaching – and embody your values visibly, clearly, and courageously.
Asana focus “Integration, breadth & meditative depth”
You practice asanas that strengthen your connection to your Higher Self and your vision—e.g., Padmasana, Sirsasana, Viparita Karani, intuitive movements, and calm postures with a focus on breathing.
You will learn how to integrate spirituality into your everyday life and your teaching through conscious body practice.
-
Share your light with the world
You've learned to teach—now you're learning to embody yourself. As a yoga teacher who accepts themselves, holds the space, leads intuitively, and works with genuine presence.
You look back on your journey with pride—and prepare for your crowning achievement. You'll develop your own 90-minute yoga class, rehearse it in small groups with other participants, gather honest feedback, and refine your sequence, language, and presence.
Furthermore, it goes beyond teaching: In the Business Activation Session, you'll learn how to develop your first offerings, clearly position yourself, and embrace your new role with confidence and passion. We'll talk about fees, spaces, platforms, workshop ideas, networking, and your first steps into teaching.
In a powerful cacao ceremony, you will receive your certificate and be assured: You are ready. You are guided. And you are here to shine in your light.
Learning objectives
You design and teach your first 90-minute yoga class
You reflect on your development as a yoga teacher – and recognize your style, your voice and your vision.
You develop initial ideas for your own formats, retreats or signature offers.
You will be strengthened and inspired through peer feedback in a teaching lab.
You integrate your journey through cacao, yoga, ritual & writing – and connect with your higher self.
You will receive your certificate – and enter the world as a yoga teacher with confidence, love and depth.
Asana focus “Individual sequence development”
You use your favorite asanas in a targeted manner – tailored to your intention, target group, and vision.
You know how to consciously create a curve with asanas: from arrival to peak to integration.

“I went to Gracy’s class every Monday for a year; and I just had my last one! I wanted to share what a truly amazing experience it’s been.
Gracy created such a supportive and welcoming space, not just for learning asanas, but for personal growth. She seamlessly wove traditional yoga philosophy and uplifting energy into each class, making it so much more than just a physical practice.
Over the past year, I’ve grown both physically and mentally. My intention for the final class was: “I stand strong among the chaos.” That perfectly captures what Gracy’s classes have meant to me.
Even during the most challenging poses, she guides you with encouragement and helps you build a mindset that embraces the difficulty rather than resists it. I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned and how much I’ve grown under Gracy’s guidance.”
